Kelly Morgan relocated from Brentwood, TN to Cookeville to be closer to family in 2010. Kelly embodies hard work, integrity, energy, and creative service and has a great record of successfully guiding her clients through the real estate processes of both buying and selling. She leads her clients every step of the way from finding the perfect home, to inspections, to closing. Kelly specializes in applying her market knowledge and expertise in many areas: residential and commercial properties (including first time home buyers), sellers, investment, and relocation. She has worked every aspect of the industry, representing sellers and buyers in both the residential and commercial market.
